pls help i'm new (and stupid!)
Once in the admin section:
1) select a position by clicking on its radio button
make selection
2) when you do that, the display will be updated to show you the avatar you selected along with an area to change the avatar properties. Click on 'Edit Selection' and you will be able to upload a new avatar ('Change image'), change the name of the avatar, and lock the avatar to a specific web site
3) clicking 'Update' will upload the file from your computer and make any other changes you made to that avatar
4) please keep in mind that your avatar can be ANY SIZE in width and height but, must be no larger than 10240 bytes (10k) or it will not be accepted.
